Our Process

1. Complimentary In-Home Estimate
We begin with a visit to your home to evaluate your existing floors, take detailed measurements, and discuss your goals for the space. During this visit, we also review finish options and any necessary repairs or special considerations, to determine the best approach for bringing your hardwood floors back to life.

2. Careful Preparation & Sanding
Before sanding begins, we carefully prepare the space to protect your home and belongings. On the first day of sanding, you will also select your stain color after seeing samples on your actual floor. Our experienced craftsmen then sand the floors to remove the existing finish, smooth imperfections, and create a clean, consistent surface ready for refinishing.

3. Stain & Finish
Once the floors are properly prepared and the color has been selected, we apply your chosen stain, sealer, and finish using professional products and techniques. Each coat is given the appropriate time to dry and cure before the next step.
